Mega delicious food and absolutely nice, friendly staff.

Dear Sirs and Madames, I ordered from you via Lieferando and it was very disappointing. Why doesn't your driver wear a mask ... the nachos were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted ... the antipasti weren't even marinated and the blind was underground ... is that your claim?

Full recommendation. Food and cocktails were delicious. Can't understand the negative reviews.

We were there recently and will not be going back. The waiter was rude from the start, the food was very greasy and carelessly prepared. In addition, the toilets smelled so bad that I almost got up ... It's a shame, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the location is great. Inside quite nicely furnished and also some seats outside. However, the service was very unfriendly from the start. Unfortunately there was no free appetizer or nachos as one is otherwise used to in Mexican / Cuban restaurants. We then waited more than 1.5 hours for our main course on an ordinary Thursday. Then came the dishes and one of them was a wrong one. When we pointed this out to the waitress, they took it away without a word and without apologizing. Only later came an apology but no new food or no reparation. It's a shame, after 1.5 hours one of us went home without any food. In terms of taste, the food was okay and the homemade iced teas and sodas were delicious.

Nice restaurant. But the service is very bad. You wait a long time before you can order. So if you are hungry and thirsty you perish.

Cocktails are delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and the menu looks promising. Unfortunately we didn't eat anything, we'll do it next time! Update: my friends didn't like eating that much, but I liked the Rollo Con espancia or something great. Pizza on Sundays only 4.90, which looks and tastes great

I'm really sad about how carelessly the cocktails are served here. No frills or a slice of melon in a glass clumsily placed in front of you. But the atmosphere is a plus. There could have been a few more cocktails. Not 100% havananana - unfortunately. For the meal: there was a cold soup on the house free of charge, which was put down and not even said what kind of soup it was. That had to be asked. I didn't really expect the pizza to be very, very spicy (Mexican style).

Completely wrong dish with wrong sauce was served, made aware of it and half an hour later after everyone had finished eating, the same pan with the same sauce was served only with different ingredients.

Good food if not cheap. The quesadillas were more of a veggie cake than real Mexican food. The drinks were very good and reasonably priced. We would eat there again.

Best people ever. I went there with my two kids - a one year old and a first grader - and, drumroll, without my wife. It was utter chaos with food flying around, kids yelling, screaming and a totally messed up table. The staff at Havana were incredibly helpful, very patient and very friendly. And did I mention the food was awesome? Yes, best Cuban soup I’ve ever had. Will return again - hopefully with the wife :-)

Absolutely not recommended! I ordered a warm vegetable platter via Lieferando. The delivery time was given as 50 minutes. Shortly after placing the order I was told that it would take 90 minutes. After 110 minutes the food was still not there. I wanted to cancel the delivery by phone, it is not possible. Shortly thereafter, it finally rang at the door and I was a tiny small portion of fried vegetables delivered for € 12.90! For this price the absolute joke. I also ordered two beer bottles, both were not chilled. I can not recommend eating at this restaurant.

Amazing Cuban food, best nachos I ever had, and the rollos are great. We had the Seafood and the Abuela (with lamb) and both were amazing, very tasty and filling. The Zombie cocktail is out of this world, we ordered one and kept them coming. Happy hour for cocktails happens between 5pm and 8pm, every cocktail is 5€, and they have a special for 5€ every Saturday, all day long, this time it was the Cuba Libre but it might vary. The waiter was Spanish and he was delighted to find someone who spoke the language. Despite runing around all night (the place was packed), he was always making sure we were OK and the service was fast enough. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Cuban food and having a good time!

We were here on a Sunday and had two pizzas (only 5€ each!) outside in the sun and it was very enjoyable. The service was also great and very friendly! And they were very nice to our dog 🐶

Very misleading, there is nothing Cuban about Havana other than it's name. Don't expect authentic cuban food. The only reason why i gave it 3 stars is because the service was friendly, the waiter spoke spanish and was honest about the food not being authentic. It had a bit of a Mexican flair which I was not impressed, if I wanted Mexican food then I'll go to a Mexican place, not go to a Cuban and get Mexican.

Food's ok but service is a bit on the slow side...
